Clonella is exclusively intended for the creation and manipulation of virtual models and characters. The service is not designed or permitted for the generation, imitation, or reproduction of real persons' images, voices, or identities without explicit consent.

By uploading any content to Clonella, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize Clonella to use the content
• Your content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• You have obtained explicit consent from any identifiable individuals featured in your content
• You accept full legal responsibility for any content you upload or generate using our services

All content and materials available on Clonella, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Clonella or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Payments for credits or services are non-refundable, except in cases of:

• •Double billing or technical errors.
• •Failure to provide the intended service.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Accounts terminated for violations of these terms are not eligible for refunds.

Clonella provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials available on our platform.

In no event shall Clonella be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Clonella reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the most current version of the Terms of Service on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Commissions will not be paid on transactions that are refunded, charged back, or canceled. Affiliate commissions are only paid on eligible credit purchases. Discounted bundles, promotional offers, and free credits are not commissionable. These products already include bonuses and reduced pricing, and are excluded from affiliate earnings.

Affiliate payouts are processed on a Net-30 basis (30 days after a successful, eligible purchase), and only after a valid invoice is submitted by the affiliate. Affiliates can monitor their earnings and payout status at any time through their affiliate dashboard.

Clonella reserves the right to review and adjust commissions at its sole discretion if abuse, fraud, or error is detected.
