Terms for content creators and model builders

These Creator Terms and Conditions ("Creator Terms") govern your use of Clonella's creator tools and services, including but not limited to model creation, character building, content generation, and any monetization features.
By creating content, uploading models, or using creator features on Clonella, you agree to be bound by these Creator Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Creator Terms, you may not use our creator services.
You must be at least 18 years old to become a creator on Clonella. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your creator account.
As a creator on Clonella, you agree to:
Creators are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, or distributing:
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate removal of content, potential suspension or permanent termination of your creator account, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Clonella. However, by uploading content, you grant Clonella a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Clonella platform.
All Clonella platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the platform itself, are the property of Clonella or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content; (ii) the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (iii) you have obtained explicit consent from any identifiable individuals; and (iv) the content complies with all applicable laws and these Creator Terms.
Clonella reserves the right to review, moderate, modify, or remove any creator content at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Creator Terms, our general Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
If content legitimacy is questioned by our team, you will be required to provide additional proof of ownership, consent, or authorization. This may include completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, providing documentation, or other verification processes.
Failure to comply with verification requests may result in immediate removal of content and suspension or termination of your creator account with no refunds.
Clonella may conduct audits of creator content to ensure compliance with these terms. You agree to cooperate fully with any such audits and provide requested documentation promptly.
Clonella may offer monetization features for creators, including but not limited to revenue sharing, subscription models, or other payment arrangements. Specific terms, rates, and eligibility requirements for monetization features will be communicated separately and may be subject to change.
If you participate in monetization features:
Clonella reserves the right to modify monetization terms, rates, or features at any time with reasonable notice to creators.
In the event of disputes related to creator content, monetization, or account actions:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clonella, Nefertiti Limited, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Clonella reserves the right to suspend or terminate your creator account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Creator Terms, our general Terms of Service, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Upon termination:
Clonella reserves the right to modify these Creator Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on our website and notify creators of material changes. Your continued use of creator services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
